Overall Satisfaction with BrowserStack
We run our STG tests on different browsers available on every device that is listed in Browserstack. There are 4 platforms that we run on these devices simultaneously, including the FB and IG apps, testing them in the App Live version of Browserstack. The scope of the testing revolves around UI, Accessibility, and Functional tests.
Pros
- Simultaneous device running for side by side testing.
- Run simulation/tests on well-known apps like FB and IG using App Live.
- A lot of devices listed available to run testing.
Cons
- Bundled licensing - too expensive.
- Arrangement of devices - not a fan.
- Dev Tools available in all available devices for testing.

Our issue is always that part where we need to expand or extend our license. There are more than 5 members in our QA team, not to count the ones that have been reassigned elsewhere. When other team members who would like to use BrowserStack, the other half will be left unable to use it due to the low user licensing given to us with our Pro version.
