Overall Satisfaction with BrowserStack
We use BrowserStack to test our product on various devices and platforms, like mobile phones and desktop computers, without needing to physically own a bunch of different devices. This helps us make sure everything works properly for users around the world, no matter what device, screen size or operating system they're using. We also use BrowserStack's Test Management tool to keep all our test cases organised in one place. It uses AI to help us generate new test cases quickly, saving us a lot of time. On top of that, it lets us connect our automated test results directly through API, making it easier to track and manage the test results in our automation suites.
Pros
- Testing on multiple devices Globally
- Allowing testing on old OS or browser versions that are not maintained but still used by people globally
- Test Management with modern and Easy UI with AI Integration
- Test Management API to create runs & add results during automation runs
Cons
- In BrowserStack Live changing of location before browser is started is not supported
- Not allow to rename default values of filter in Test Management
- While creating single test using Title via AI then option to add a more context to generate more accurate test case is not supported
- BrowserStack Live which allows Location change enabling testing Globally
- Allowing testing to Real Devices
- AI to generates test cases
- Test Creation time is reduced around 2.5 to 3 times with AI
- QA Engineers who have little or no knowledge of CI/CD can use Test runs created via API during automation runs to keep track of failing test cases
- Allows us to securely test globally without using unsafe VPN or proxies
