Overall Satisfaction with BrowserStack
Well, I used BrowserStack in test functionalities on two platforms, one in website mode, where I test mostly different websites from the company's test environment doing a lot of test cases. The second is a mobile app I used both modes with apk or only in the mobile model testing in both ui ux and functionalities that the client requires.
Pros
- giving a very nice range of operating systems and mobile products that the user can use for doing tests
- They bring meetings to the QA area to all workers who are interested in testing. You only have to register for the schedule
- nice interface for use the tools that they bring
Cons
- In testing management mode is a lack of exportation and notification to team members when you want to track the test.
- When you are using two or more mobile devices for testing, there is a chance that one phone gets stuck in the middle of the testing.
- There are some options in the tools in mobile mode that are not necessarily used or is little complicated to use, like ubication, sometimes it recognizes well anothers no.

well functionalities that we will release to production before that test in these tools were very useful. Challenges were first knowing the tools that we have and merging with the ecosystem in the area where we work. Nice tools for assistance and made the work simpler for testers in different scenarios.

They fit very well in terms of testing area, checking the parameters of the website in observability helps to check what is good and wrong in the website that is analyzed. Live and app live are good for making a well-functioning test case in a specific test case. Test management has very nice functionality,s but they do not have a very good notification system, so it was not very important in the daily activities at work.
well is a better option for doing testing. I used only Snagit for simple things in documentation, but usinga browser is more complete for the process of doing a large number of test cases. Snagit can crash your system with a lot of pictures, but a browser doesn't do it frequently. Browser has share and record that has Snagit, but is more friendly with the RAM and the process that you are doing on the laptop.

no in my case that i had a enterprise account they choose the benefits, i only communicate with support and they kindly help with any problem that you have in that moment.
Yes - yes of course i send some bugs when i was using more the service and now i'm doing a report issue with one of their notifications so i always doing reports.
Yes they try to resolve in many levels and in short time is very good support system that they have actually.

yes of course there was one bug that i remember when i was doing testing in mobile mode. they just release two mobiles testing in the same scenario like you can choose 2 phones and you can do the same test, but in this case when i used it happens two bugs, first one that when i used the two mobiles the actions went crazy in both phones, example i add a username and then password then i clicked in login in the first phone and in the second phone it try to login too. this kind of things.
Second one when i was doing some test in mobile version i selected one brand and while i was doing the test the mobile not work more, apparently it was shutted off from the other site and not seem available in the list of phones. There are just some bugs that happends to me while i was using browserstack
