We used Buzzsumo to help clients get into the conversation online. There were so many approaches we could use to build an SEO strategy but Buzzsumo made it all easier. We used it in Marketing to search for topics of interest in a way we never thought possible. Working all the time we don't have the chance to check social media or any other platforms to check what are the people interested in and this tool makes it easier.

Buzzsumo is really easy to understand and does give a clear insight on trends and subjects to keep an eye on. It's a general tool that not only keeps up with keywords but with the subject in general, which is very convenient. Also, it doesn't need a big tutorial to get through, the platform is very intuitive.
I didn't really need support. I only used it once and it was solved really quickly.
As I said before, it was really intuitive. I had to teach it to interns and it was about handing them the link and they immediately knew how to operate it.
