Overall Satisfaction with Calendly

I use Calendly to schedule student connections for courses that I teach online. I like how effortless it is to use. Students click my Calendly link and select a day a time to meet with me. They can even select the length of our meeting. Calendly populates the meetings to my Outlook calendar and I get an email to let me know that a meeting has been scheduled.

Pros

  • Calendly provides students with all of my available time slots.
  • Students can select the day of time of a desired meeting.
  • All meetings populate immediately to my Outlook calendar.

Cons

  • I don't have any recommendations for improvement.
  • Students appreciate how easy it is to set up meetings with me.
  • Students like being able to set up a meeting by just clicking a link.
  • Students like being able to see what days and times I am available.
Calendly is extremely easy to use for selecting times and days for meetings. From my end, it's very easy to indicate the days and times that I am available for meetings. I have used other scheduling products, but Calendly has the smoothest way of operating. I highly recommend it for scheduling meetings.
I used You Can Book Me to set up meetings, but there were a number of things I didn't like about it. When using the free version of You Can Book Me, I could only make my meeting times available in one-hour increments. With Calendly, I can select the length of meetings that I desire.

Calendly is great for automatically setting up meetings with students or clients. All I have to do is indicate my available time slots on days that I desire meetings to occur and Calendly does the rest. The meeting appears on my Calendar. I have set Calendly to populate to my Outlook calendar, but there are other options like Google Calendar.
