Overall Satisfaction with CallRail

we use it to track all calls and to listen to call recordings. we love it for marketing purposes and quality control. we use it to see what marketing channel a caller came from

I give this rating because it's really easy to use. It's really easy to learn in a very easy interface. I think also, it's easy to train people on using and everything kind of coexist in one software.
We chose to use CallRail because it could create tracking numbers when in RingCentral it's more of just a call over Internet provider

its great for when you need to know what marketing channel and lead came from. We use it to track Google business profile calls calls from our website calls from a contact form calls from our Google local service ad so it's really great for people that have different marketing channels and wanna know where they came from. It's not good for people that only have one number and don't have call trackers on.
