As a marketing agency we use CallRail with our clients so we can appropriately track lead source for calls coming in to our clients to track the effectiveness of their marketing spend.

- Google Analytics integration is a pain
- Pricing keeps going up
- We are able to attribute a customer who calls in to the campaign or lead source they came from. This allows us to have a much better picture of the value of that lead source.
- Some of our clients take advantage of the call recording to help train their staff on ways to improve their phone conversations to increase their close rates.
