Overall Satisfaction with CallRail

As a marketing agency we use CallRail with our clients so we can appropriately track lead source for calls coming in to our clients to track the effectiveness of their marketing spend.

Pros

  • Integration with Google Analytics
  • Integration with Google Ads
  • WordPress Plugin

Cons

  • Google Analytics integration is a pain
  • Pricing keeps going up
  • We are able to attribute a customer who calls in to the campaign or lead source they came from. This allows us to have a much better picture of the value of that lead source.
  • Some of our clients take advantage of the call recording to help train their staff on ways to improve their phone conversations to increase their close rates.
We only use a small fraction of their offerings. We might be more inclined to recommend our clients use some of the other features if they weren't add-on features that cost our clients more money...
Our agency was using Convirza for years until we discovered CallRail and decided that CallRail was a better platform with better call tracking capabilities and more user friendly.

I admit that our clients are not taking full advantage of the features that CallRail offers. We specifically use CallRail for their call tracking features but we do like that they have adopted AI into their products so that if we have any clients that get phone calls but don't have someone who is available to answer the phone they don't have to miss out on those phone calls.
