Overall Satisfaction with Canto

We use it across the company to have one comprehensive library of our images and video. Before Canto, we had thousands of folders across the company that held this content and it was impossible to organize and find specific images. Now we can simply search and download images that we need! Plus, sharing with links, light editing, and cropping in the software is very helpful. Version control is key for our company too as many people like to create many versions and we're never quite sure which is the most up to date.

Our account manager has been great with answering any and all questions that we've had since implementing Canto. Also, our tickets are answered quickly, whether they're simply looking into it or they have solved our problems. They have been coming out with great updates lately that really help our processes.
It's very easy to upload content, edit its information, control versions, and optimize them for searching in the software. The tags, keywords, and facial recognition help users search for and find specific content they are looking for.

It is great for sharing content across the company, as well as outside of the company. It also is very easy to search for and download specific images as opposed to searching through Microsoft folders. They have portals that you can fill with specific images, branding, PDFs, etc. that an external company may need/want for projects. These portals give them access to specific items without sharing your entire library.
