Overall Satisfaction with Canto

We use Canto across the entire organization for the specific purpose of image asset organization. We upload all of our stock and taken photos into this system, and tag the photos with time, date, title, as well as tagging the individuals that appear with in the photos. Although it could be used for documents as well, we do not use that feature.

  • Easy to train new employees on software.
Overall we chose Canto due to its size limits, pricing, and promise to continue to develop new features. When in our discovery phase of searching for an optimal image storage software, we really needed something that would not only be robust, but would continue to evolve with us as our needs change. The addition of their facial recognition was a game changer for us, and has made it so easy to search and locate the right photo when we need it.

Canto is excellent for companies who have a lot of events and need an easy way to tag important individuals across multiple photos. I would suggest the software to anyone who is looking for a clean and easy way to group, share and tag photos across an organization or department.

Canto Support

I've had to reach out to support only the one time, but they were friendly, kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. They were able to address my issue and solve my problem on one phone call, and set up a way to ensure the issue would not happen again. Honestly, their support is one of the main reasons I would suggest this platform.

Using Canto

The usability of Canto photo organizer software and document organizer software is really quite fantastic - it's smooth, easy to understand, and also easy to train on. From an admin standpoint, it's easy and simple to add new users or remove users that are no longer needed. Again, the only issue we've run into [is] the slow scroll when manually looking for photos.
