An Administrator's Dream

​We are a Franchise Organization and our home office creates our company-wide marketing assets and loads them into Canto for use by the individual franchises. We have a custom branded interface. As we are an international organization we have marketing assets that are customized by country. By being able to load a single item into multiple folders we can share assets with just the user who should have access. For example if an item uses the word "neighbourhood" instead of "neighborhood" we can load that item into the UK, Canada, and Australia folders, but skip the US.

This folder system and the searchability of the site also help with our large quantity of users. By using tags, keywords, and good naming conventions, our users can find any item in a way that makes the most sense to them. For example, they can find a holiday Facebook post image by file type, in the Holiday folder, or in the social media folder.
