Overall Satisfaction with Canto

Canto is a hub to save all your media assets. Our creative team used it for complicated campaigns and it really helped to have a place where to have everything in a visual way.

Pros: high capacity, great display, easy to share with clients. A lot of features!!!

Cons: there is so many tags and features you can use it may become hard to navigate. Portals are good but can be more customizable.

Overall, great software, if you need a data asset management system I strongly recommend this software, however be sure that you use most of the features, otherwise the price point is high!

  • Easy to share files with clients and outside stakeholders.
  • Great features, including Tags and filters.
  • It would be great if portals could be more customizable.
  • It would be great if there were better (cheaper) ways to display brand identities.
  • We decided to cancel our contract, downloading assets was time consuming and complicated. Shut down file perhaps? FTP resources?

  • We weren't able to obtain positive ROI, we used this internally only.
Canto has AI included, similar price point. Capacity for storage is greater.

Canto is great as a data asset management system, however be sure that you will use most of the features- FROM THE START!

Training on the software for all users is a must!
