Overall Satisfaction with CaptivateIQ

This is being used for our sales department. It helps us know commissions are correct before getting our paychecks and finding it to be wrong.

Pros

  • I personally only use it to know what my paycheck will look like but it's very easy to read and use!

Cons

  • I haven't noticed anything bad so far!

CaptivateIQ seems to be really great for a job that has commissions. I don't know how helpful it would be for a position where pay doesn't change.
