Overall Satisfaction with CaptivateIQ
We use CaptivateIQ throughout the revenue organization. It solves the business problem of accurately reflecting commissions due to our sales teams for their efforts in sales. Prior to CapIQ we were managed by spreadsheet - what a headache! Now it's much simpler for accuracy to be obtained and greatly minimizes our Sales Ops folks from resolving perceived discrepancies.
Pros
- Greatly resolves discrepancies in sold vs. commissionable deals.
- Reduces time for back/forth with sales ops with sales teams re: unclear commissions.
- Happiness of sales teams - nothing is better than being able to see an accurate reflection of your big deals in your commission reports!
Cons
- It would be great to view your signed commission plan -- I can't seem to do that although I can see that a comp plan was signed.
- Mobile app.
- Happier sales teams.
- Faster commission resolution.
- No more complaints - What you see is what you get paid.
