Overall Satisfaction with CaptivateIQ

It is being used by the finance organization to issue commission payout and reconciliation. It allows the team to streamline payout, respond to inquiries, and have all commission payouts in 1 centralized location. Before CaptivateIQ, commission payout was a mess and untimely. Now we are in a way better state and it has allowed our team to save a lot more time.

I think if the team is very small, it may not make sense to use CIQ. But for larger sales teams, this is a fantastic solution.
