Overall Satisfaction with CaptivateIQ

Great experience, easy to use and extremely efficient. It makes peer to peer feedback and 1to1 with the leader very easy to handle. It keeps on top of the tasks every time and make sure that nothing is left behind undone. I would really recommend it to all size organisation.

If you need a genuine and anonymous 1 to 1 or peer to peer feedback, this is the platform that you want to use. It sets reminders and task to complete, so that the user is really well guided throughout the entire experience. Manager can followup with team members and set 1 on 1 conversations
