Overall Satisfaction with CaptivateIQ

CaptiveIQ is used to automate the calculation of our sales commission payments. Prior to that, we were doing it manually on excel sheets and it was a burden at the end of each busy quarter. With CaptivateIQ everything is synced from CRM and it's easy to track all sales. All stakeholders are integrated into one platform(bizops, management, finance) that makes smooth conversation for any missing data. Also, it helps following your query with case ID if there is an issue with your commission calculation.

Pros

  • Instant CRM synchronization
  • Seeing all the details per sale- commission multiplier and commission amount
  • Spiffs can be seen as well on the dashboard
  • Sales achievement rate per quarter.

Cons

  • Submitting inquiry could be more user friendly
  • After approving the payout preview is not allowed, this section UI can be improved
  • Inquires can be mailed to business email.
  • Sales Force CRM SYNC
  • Easy communication with different departments on a single inquiry
  • Historic DATA availability

Well suited
- At the end of the busy quarter, where you have no time but just focusing on closing the deals.
- Commissions can be paid at the end of every month, so sales careers beginners can still get their commissions and sustain their life not based on base salary.
- If you want to keep the track record of your sales history for your own reference.
- Being able to track the cases for different inquiries. (missing data, commission calculation, etc)
