Overall Satisfaction with CaptivateIQ

We adopted CaptivateIQ as a commission payout platform. It allows us to review commission statements as well as download spreadsheets that detail the upcoming payout. Also allows us to approve or inquire if we believe there is an error in those payout statements. The fact we can do this all in one platform is very helpful.

Previous to CaptivateIQ our internal Finance Department was responsible for sending spreadsheets to all Account Managers. It was not efficient and there were sometimes issues with accuracy. In particular, as we are paid on collections as opposed to billing there are sometimes chargeback issues that were problematic. CaptivateIQ has eliminated those issues for users.

In a space that requires many different types or levels of compensation based on a customized pay structure this tool is very helpful. Allows for users to see their progress against Quarterly goals.
