Overall Satisfaction with CaptivateIQ

It is being used to help with the commission and have everything more transparent. It is being used in the Sales department.

CaptivateIQ would be great for any organization where it wants to show transparency for its employees, if the organization is smaller, it may not be needed. For example, if sales reps are constantly having questions about what their commission would look like or if it's accurate or not CaptivateIQ would eliminate that problem.
