Overall Satisfaction with CaptivateIQ

CaptivateIQ is being used within the sales organization, across all regions. It helps manage comp plans for reps and helps me track my comp plan month on month without any problems with an intuitive UI. Saves my time and it's easy to raise queries and get support as well.

  • Easy to understand & start using the tool quickly.
  • Able to raise queries and get answers quickly, with good workflow management.
  • Initially, it took me some time to figure out how to get the details of my monthly payout, there should be a bigger visual image for that.

CaptivateIQ's UI is much easier to use. Xactly had a really old-school traditional feel and was somewhat annoying to figure out how to use initially.

A great tool to manage sales comp plans. Easy to use, I get an email when my monthly payout is ready and it's extremely easy to use, manage, adopt, and understand.
