Overall Satisfaction with CaptivateIQ

I use CaptivateIQ to review goals and current quarter earnings per our internal KPIs.

Pros

  • Reporting
  • Accuracy
  • Notifications

Cons

  • UI/UX to find the detailed report was interesting, could have been more help text for newbies
  • Cumulative reports would be nice, maybe they have them and I haven't seen them yet
  • Dark Mode, need I say more

  • Helps me see where I hit/miss on KPIs from a quick glance
  • Specific KPIs are listed you can see all the details
