Overall Satisfaction with CaptivateIQ
We use this for our sales commission reports. I am unaware if this is used elsewhere in the organization.

- Easier Navigation
- Seeing my sales commission report each month
- ease of use for finance
- This has been extremely helpful in understanding how much commission I am getting and when/why
not sure. i was not a decision maker just a user- this is better than the excel sheets we received before
