Overall Satisfaction with CaptivateIQ

As far as I know, it is being used by everyone in sales and likely some in Finance who helped confirm what we are owed for our commissions. I use it on a monthly basis to get a really clear view of how much commission I earned during the given time frame. This is calculated with the rate, quote, and how much I closed during that time frame.

I think it is an awesome tool for the sales compensation side of the house. I have never had any issues with the product and it has been super easy to use. I am not sure how the Finance teams feels about it, but I imagine it is a very positive experience as well. It is great to check on old statements as well.
