Overall Satisfaction with CaptivateIQ

CaptivateIQ has allowed me to better understand our sales compensation plan. It does a great job at breaking down what your goal attainment was for the month, what was the payout, and as well as giving you a great historical breakdown of the quarter. I haven't used it for a long time, but I would still recommend it.

It is definitely suited for sales organizations with different comp structures. I think CaptivateIQ does a good job at making sure that my organization's comp structure is properly reflected. Does a good job at making sure I understand where and how each payout came to be. In the beginning, it was hard for me to tell why a number was the way it was, but I am very happy that CaptivateIQ has done a great job at clarifying this for me.
