Overall Satisfaction with CaptivateIQ
We use it to track our salespeople's commissions. We also do commission plans on this application. What really attracted us is the ability to do a single sign-on that integrates to our network's active directory account. This in turn helps us to secure login credentials and prevent the ability of hackers to log in or do an impersonation attack because of the multi-factor authentication with our SSO service (OKTA). In today's climate of cyberattacks, this cannot be emphasized more than enough. We also like the ability of this app to integrate with Excel and Salesforce.
