CaptivateIQ is being used by our entire organization. It is being used by almost all departments across the whole organization. It solves essential business problems of tracking our metrics, tracking them in real-time, and ensuring transparency across the board. I greatly appreciate the fact that I do not have to wait until month end to receive my metrics and incentive details from the accounting team.

It is well suited for Sales and strategy ops. Any place that has tangible metrics and targets that are focused on quantity, where people like seeing results in terms of numbers. In fact, I think this platform could be expanded to include less tangible metrics too (instead of just the numbers and the hours spent).
