Overall Satisfaction with CaptivateIQ

We're utilizing CaptivateIQ to calculate all commissions and utilize hold and release logic based on Salesforce milestone data. Our Finance and DevOps teams administer the software but our sales reps use the software to view statements and track current year progress.

CaptivateIQ is well suited for complex commission plans that rely on additional data to track hold and release logic based on separate data. The integration with Salesforce has worked great and has allowed us to put more emphasis on the importance of Salesforce, now that it directly impacts commissions.
