Spiff

Captivate IQ auto-updates whereas Spiff does not. CIQ shows me how my pay is broken down and the different percentages for each area of my commissions.

Much better than the software we have used in the past. It automatically updates and shows different tiers for a different level of commission payouts. Was super easy to set up.
