Overall Satisfaction with CaptivateIQ

Previously, commission payouts were done via a multi-tab spreadsheet emailed by a sales coordinator (as time allowed). Now, our entire organization receives consistent,
timely email notifications, and the level of line-item detail is presented in a much easier to read format.
  • Payout statements are received consistently and in a timely manner.
  • All previous payout statements are easily accessed in the same place.
  • It's such an improvement over the previous system (spreadsheet emailed from sales coordinator), I can't think of anything to improve.

  • Presentation of line-item detail is reader friendly.

With CaptivateIQ, payout statements are received in a more consistent and timely manner and they're easier to read than a multi-tab spreadsheet.
