Overall Satisfaction with CaptivateIQ

CaptivateIQ is being used across the sales organization to provide automation and visibility into the sales commissions process. Before this, it was fairly manual with people calculating using spreadsheets and there were times when the commissions get delayed due to complex calculations.

Pros

  • Individual's visibility into their detailed commissions breakdown
  • Transparency and accuracy into commissions by linking with salesforce
  • Ease of calculation by setting up some level of automation in the process

Cons

  • Detailed breakdown of aggregation of commissions
  • The UI on day 1 is not intuitive so maybe some Pendo style help could be great
  • Maybe provide a tax calculator so one can provide insights into salary projections
  • Commissions report
  • Dashboards
  • Integration with salesforce and other tools
  • People have live visibility into their commissions
  • It provides great projection for future Quarters
  • No delays on getting paid
