Overall Satisfaction with CaptivateIQ

Mostly I use CaptivateIQ to calculate commissions for all of our sales reps. We use the CaptivateIQ software to dump data in and have the software spit out a current payout calculation for all of the reps. We also use CaptivateIQ as a visual aid for all of the sales reps. We have tailored the commission statements to show all necessary deal data.

CaptivateIQ is well suited for the various monthly and quarterly payouts that need to be calculated regularly. This takes a lot of the manual process out and saves a lot of time for me. We conduct reporting on reps and how much quota they have retired on a monthly basis as well. I have not been able to do this in CaptivateIQ yet.
