Overall Satisfaction with CaptivateIQ

We use CaptivateIQ to automatically forecast and provide commission reports to the sales teams.

Pros

  • Automates the process in real time to see what your next bonus payment will be.
  • Displays data in a very clear way.
  • Allows for easy dispute resolution internally.

Cons

  • A dashboard to show earnings to date, broken down by month and a trend chart.
  • Automated calculation of commission.
  • Breakdown of commission reports.
  • Hundreds of hours saved monthly for the finance team.
  • Reduced internal friction between finance and sales.

Every sales organization should use Captivate; I can't see how it's possible for organizations that have a multi-tier commission system, accelerators, kickers, etc to do everything manually.
