Overall Satisfaction with CaptivateIQ

We used Captive IQ in our organization to report commissions to our reps and provide an in-depth breakdown of commissionable bookings for reps to see. It is very helpful to use month in and month out to give transparency in the calculations of how you are paid, as well as give reps the opportunity to raise any red flags if any mistakes have been made. Great overall software and super clean-looking platform.

I did not evaluate any other software that relates to captive IQ.

It is well suited for sales organizations that pay variable commissions. I don't think it would be useful for mostly salaried employee companies.
