Overall Satisfaction with CaptivateIQ

I use CaptivateIQ to review bonus/commission payouts at the end of each month. CaptivateIQ works seamlessly between many different payout structures across different teams and roles. I'm able to quickly review and approve my bonuses as well as track YTD with an intuitive tracking chart.

Pros

  • Very user-friendly and easy to navigate. I didn't need any sort of training to quickly figure out my typical user-journey successfully.
  • It's very efficient - I'm in and out quickly.

Cons

  • For what I use it for, I truthfully don't have a complaint or suggestion for improvement.
  • As one of the things I like about using CaptivateIQ, I'd say it provides a positive impact on operational efficiency.
