Overall Satisfaction with CaptivateIQ

I use CaptivateIQ to calculate my commision structure and plan accordingly my finances

Pros

  • Calculating commisions
  • allows you to plan ahead your finances
  • High level overview of your structure

Cons

  • Better total year review chart so you can see exactly month by month where you were lacking in pay
  • Positive has been I am able to see my compensation days before it hits so I am able to track my finances
Haven't had to contact support yet. Which is always a good sign!

For a fast moving company that has over 1,000 employees, it is a great product for all workers to see exactly what they are getting paid on their structures. When it comes to viewing all pay stubs and when these are scheduled to hit, it helps me plan my finances accordingly so I can prepare for the future
