Catchpoint is used across our eCommerce platform to address the synthetic monitoring approach on web platforms

While Dynatrace heads the RUM front, Catchpoint offered better solutions/approaches for the synthetic side.
Whenever asked for, the representatives would jump onto a call and help us out with ongoing issues without any trouble.
