The use of the Catchpoint product has enabled our monitoring capabilities by the use of synthetic monitoring technologies to harness customer-facing performance metrics to help visualize and monitor application performance to drive indicators used maintain SLA agreements with our customers. The tool has provided accurate and meaningful solution used for making data driven decisions based on captured metrics and results.

Provides a meaningful response and technical support. We've had some tickets take longer than others to get response for resolution, however when we clearly have urgent tickets that get escalated we are receiving a prompt response and do get the support that we need. Dedicated support engineer Madan Gopal is a proven resource who has depth in knowledge for product and is very familiar with our needs and the use-case for the tool that we are using.
Product has been purchased and used by Org for the past 5 years, during that time there have been several iterations around changes made to our internal automation that we've successfully been able to adapt synthetic monitoring technologies for the use-case.
Catchpoint as a product provides comprehensive tools to help orchestrate real-world synthetic monitoring capabilities. Coding & payload development language easy to use and manage. The user management features could use some additional features to help make managing user & access easier to manage. The product does offer useful UI features for API integrations to external services for reporting purposes.

A Solid product, provides meaningful accurate data results from synthetic monitoring. Catchpoint as a vendor has acted as a reliable business partner and promotes good relationship with customers and provides them with meaningful support. Support engineer and account manager make efforts to maintain helpful relationship for services offered. Been able to work with us to provide input for code changes and enhancements for payload used for synthetics.
