Overall Satisfaction with Catchpoint

We are monitoring our production online banking to provide us with real-time alerts if there is an error with the login process, page objects, and other items.

Pros

  • Real time .
  • Ease of use setting up.
  • Quick response to questions.
  • Real time alerts.
  • Saved time using platform.
  • Providing details on issues when we have outages.
I haven't had to contact customer services too often, but the few times that I have, I have always been impressed with the response time and follow-through with each issue.
Within 16 hours, we were able to have our monitoring scripts up and running.
