Overall Satisfaction with Ceipal ATS

As I am the administrator account of our organization, I usually use it to generate reports like usage report, To clear any issue cause in Ceipal ATS. It is easy to access the job portal using a single click. Every time it is easy to contact customer support to clear issues occurs in Ceipal ATS. The most likely way to use the Ceipal ATS is to migrate the new profile as we need to store in internal Database.
  • Accurate Usage of all the user views
  • Easy to switch from one job portal to another using integrated search
  • From administrator point is easy to allocate the view as per the requirement for each and every month
  • If any one user account is deleted, we can't retrieve his submission data, as we can see only his submission count only
  • Some times AI will automatically recommend some profiles, but it doesn't suit for the requirement
  • Sometimes if you looking for particular role in Job portal, Ceipal ATS has shown less profiles. I assume that when we are logging to same job portal using their website, it shows more number of profiles
  • Whenever we have issues in Ceipal ATS, We have contacted customer support. We will get immediate response, this make us in positive vibe, even in major cause, we no need to worry.
  • We prevented unused views in Career Builder by migrating to the internal database. We have saved more than $1000 on it.
  • Last month we had 31 users, But Ceipal ATS has deducted the cost for 31 users without any intimation.
Most preferably not, Ceipal AI suggests some candidates that preferably matched, So we try to open the resumes, But it doesn't match as per our Boolen string in Ceipal ATS. I Suggest showing the results as per our requirements. So probably we will use the resume listed as per our strings.
We had Integrated Job portals like Dice, Monster and career builder, but unfortunately we have not integrated with any software.
Basically it is more easy to use than any other ATS tools, As mentioned earlier Ceipal ATS has integrated more job portals like Monster Dice and career builder. It can be learned quickly even fresher can able to understand their UI and design.
From my experience JobDiva use only had internal database and it is used for Submission, Interview and Placement marking, While Ceipal ATS has integrated with Job portals. So it's much better than any other ATS. Multiple users can login at a single time without any concern, I don't know whether other ATS have this facilities.

Previously we have used Job Diva as our ATS, it doesn't have features like integrated search, which we have that options in Ceipal ATS. Job diva doesn't have the integrated Job portal, we can login will multiple users at the same time, But individual Job portal like Monster, Dice, Career Builder we cant login more the user at same time. So Ceipal ATS is best when compared to Other ATS.
