So Use Ceipal ATS daily in my office work. through this only we find the best match person and as per the skill, location, visa , experience and many more. we source, shortlist, and select the best.
I Give 10/10 for Ceipal to Make the requirement so easy

Cons

  • Some time it take time to get Load so work on that
  • and if you can add more features like certification part to source the candidates
  • Nothing much.
  • All the Things are in Positive way so keep going Ceipal ATS
