Overall Satisfaction with Ceipal ATS

I am using Ceipal ATS more than 7 years and the support team is very helpful on the business changes what we requested. We need more improvement in reports and Dashboards. Also have issue on Dice integrated portal where we are getting lot of cooked up resumes. AI features is working fine and integrated search sometime not giving proper result. Also in internal Database search need improvement

Reducing Resume duplication and portal views. Making easy for job posting and tracking the jobs with resume submissions, interviews, confirmations, on boarding and project durations.
