Overall Satisfaction with Celonis
We implement Celonis for our customers on a consulting basis. Celonis can be used in a single department or across the whole organization. Depending on the goals of the organization, various business processes can be modeled and mined for increased efficiency, performance, or compliance. Standard processes include purchase to pay, accounts payable, IT support management, or any other topic that has digital records that can be extracted and loaded into the Celonis platform. Increased transparency and awareness of the business processes allow for actionable improvements whether through the Celonis supported features with alerts and automation, or simply by changing the practices of the organization.

- Customers need to understand that implementing Celonis is one task and that generating value from the platform will require work in itself.

Celonis is much easier to use and interact with than SAP Analytics Cloud. There are other process mining softwares but Celonis is indeed the leader in the field. There are some technologies that can do the same work tasks for less cost than Celonis, if you are only interested in cool visuals or only interested in automating process actions, there might be better solutions but there is no other company that I am aware of that is competitive across all services that Celonis offers.
Celonis has supported digital transformation for many of our customers by creating a transparent window into the IT landscape of the implementing organization. Usually, if a manager wants an analysis to be performed on a certain topic, he can request an analyst build a report and present the results in a PowerPoint or other written document. With Celonis, the analysis can be created in a dashboard that can be interactable, customizable, and allow the user to drill down into the data even without a data science background. Once a user starts the process mining journey, it is common that they will start finding new ideas, opportunities, and use cases to explore. Process mining depends on digital touchpoints with a system and Celonis demonstrates the impact of creating and sustaining those digital investments.
