Celonis has allowed us to monitor and improve process automation over time. Specifically, we noticed an SAP configuration that was causing several sales orders to go on immediate block. We were able to significantly reduce blocks by removing the SAP configuration. We have also used Celonis to identify where billing teams were reverting to older configurations after having process fixes. Celonis allowed us to easily identify when these processes were not being followed and correct them.
