I use Celonis to help determine root causes for billing failures and late deliveries across the organization.

Celonis is great for drilling in to find root causes behind process inefficiencies. It is especially useful for seeing cycle times to help with the decision-making process. However, it is not as appropriate for high-level graphs as it can take up longer to build than in other systems.
