Overall Satisfaction with Celonis
1) Assess the process relevance in the revised business environment and it maturity
2) Identify the interlinking tasks (E2E) in a comprehensive way including the input and output along with the constraints applicable for the each task
3) Started with O2C side of it and later got extended to P2P, R2R and H2R (assets)
Key aspects that were looked were clearly defining the KPAs and KPIs

Pros
- Process mapping and task definitions
- Defining the end to end visibility for the process
- Identify and associate the related KPIs
- Applicable constraints for the tasks with in the processes
Cons
- Intuitive process modelling
- Design and data validations
- Comprehensiveness in process management
- For an ERP implementation- especially a greenfield implementation
- Would prefer to improve a bit more on collaboration
- It can help you uncover hidden efficiencies
- Trust worthy solution for operational improvements
- Can support create a digital twin for process execution ( have not applied that often)
- To salvage an existing investment, Celonis is the one
Celonis has a great mining and execution capabilities while Signavio simplifies you modelling efforts . Signavio enables collaboration
Celonis helps one to find and improve processes using system based data while identifying automation areas with good execution management
on the contrary Signavio is more of a collaborative platform that helps you design and map collaborative “to be “ processes

Definitely Celonis support helps, especially on Celonis academy. The Celonis FIT courses are really helpful.
However, please do note that it requires certain level of basic understanding for courses to be effectively understood. This would require bit of learning curve, which at times can be steep for people whose thoughts does not fall into the groove. It will also help if it can be graded and categorised

This was for few clients of mine. To summarise
1) an eye opener about the process flow, choke points and improvement areas
2) data backed mining and analysis help to cut across BS within organisations and the business units
3) Improvement areas identified also highlights possible automation interventions
4) areas of improvement complemented with automation will improve RoI and longevity of existing investments
