Overall Satisfaction with Celonis
As process mining Come member, I’m promoting Celonis to my business users. My use cases are in the area of customer support and sales.

- Feature that as admin, I can set myself as a user role to see what the user exactly can see.
- It creates transparency

- It provides also automation possibilities
The online training is helpful but I think it’s too general. Other trainings I haven’t experienced myself yet. What I found helpful is the forum, also documentations in EMS support. I use it whenever I face some questions during my daily work.
We are still trying to promote Celonis for the digital transformation at my organization. Currently customer journey is one of the topics that we are trying to address.
