Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce
We use Ceridian Dayforce across our whole organization. It provides HR and payroll information in one place and allows our multiple locations to have one-stop shopping, so to speak.
- Very robust; anything you need to manage can be done
- It is very user friendly for our staff to use
- The support provided has been very accessible
- Have all departments within Ceridian Dayforce communicate so when you have an issue in one area that affects another area, you don't have to start all over.
- Not sure how you would do this, but try have whoever is working on your support ticket be someone from your particular time zone. Nothing is more frustrating than when you have a two- to three-hour window to work with your support tech or when they want to set-up a meeting at 6:30 a.m. my time.
- We have not seen a return on investment or anything similar as of yet.
We have automated taxes and implemented certain labor laws through Ceridian Dayforce but have found that even with managed pay, we are having to manage the process ourselves to ensure compliance.
Managers currently do not use Ceridian Dayforce for these area as of yet.
- Paylocity, ADP Workforce Now and UKG Pro (formerly Ultimate Software UltiPro)
The only difference that I have seen is that I no longer have to import the timesheets, although we do still import from a third party for one particular specialized group.
