Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce

ASI CSUF uses Ceridian Dayforce across the organization for all part-time and full-time staff human resource management solutions/needs. The software supports our payroll processing, time clock, pay forms, performance management/evaluations, leave requests. I use the software as both an employee (salaried, submitting leave requests, accessing pay/tax forms, leave balance inquiries/tracking, etc.) and a manager (staff performance evaluations, time clock approvals, etc.).

  • Easy navigation between management and employee profiles within one account
  • Submitting and approving time on the mobile app
  • Reporting - built-in reports and the report navigation is a bit cumbersome and hard to intuit

ASI CSUF uses Ceridian Dayforce across the organization to track hundreds of part-time employee hours to stay compliant with state and federal limitations for benefit coverages. The software allows us to submit/update/process W-2 federal and state tax withholdings and facilitate a seamless comprehensive benefit annual re-enrollment process.
The software has served as an effective, efficient hub, or one-stop-shop, for all personnel information I ever need to access. Whether I'm considering someone for a promotion, factoring COLA, considering merit raises, processing terminations, tracking personnel leave, or conducting performance evaluations, I can work efficiently knowing all the information I need is with Ceridian Dayforce.
Ceridian Dayforce seems more seamless and intuitive and offers information across each of its components to make use within any single feature easy.
