Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce

Our whole organization uses Ceridian Dayforce. We use it for timesheets, payroll, benefits, documents admin, dashboards, reporting, recruiting, workflow admin, performance, compensation, and engagement.
  • Compensation module
  • Performance module/scorecards
  • Benefits administration and open enrollment for users
  • The engagement module really needs some work. It's difficult to customize and unable to run reports from. Using outside vendors such as SurveyMonkey is much better for sending surveys.
  • Productivity benefits due to automation of forms
Payroll and benefits compliance.
It's beneficial and efficient to have most things in one place.
Efficient to have a one-stop shop.
Open enrollment is pretty good for our employees, although it might be nice if they did not have to click into each individual supplemental plan, and could rather waive it without spending time clicking into it.
