Overall Satisfaction with Certify
Certify is very computer friendly and we have about 200 employees that submit expense reports daily by computer or mobile with no issues or questions.
Pros
- Create expense reports as easy as 1, 2, 3.
- Uploads receipts and links together very easily.
- Easy to run reports to get info needed.
Cons
- When you set up employees' approvers you now have to key in their email address instead of the drop-down list for ones saved in the system already.
- Saving time
- No questions from employees
- Easy to disable and enable employees once set up if needed
I find Certify so much more computer/people friendly.
