Overall Satisfaction with

Chorus is the software we use to record, analyze and train on sales calls. It's an excellent tool. It automatically joints all Zzoom meetings (Zoom is the primary platform we use for scheduling), so every major call has a recording. Management is able to review calls to make suggestions and train sales reps, and we are able to listen to the calls to both a) find opportunities to improve and b) get additional insights and action items from the conversation.

  • Easily able to share calls with management and colleagues
  • Automatically syncs with scheduling tools like zoom & auto-joins calls


  • Not as large of a sales information ecosystem as Gong
  • Auto-transcribe feature is patchy, and often has terrible translations
  • Hard numbers are difficult, as I'm the end user and not the purchaser
I wasn't responsible for making this decision, but I have used the aggregate data that has compiled on successful sales calls quite a bit. Fortunately, you don't have to purchase the product to get this, so you are able to reap these benefits without purchasing a competitors product. is an excellent tool for review and training as an account executive. It marks moments of key engagement on the call, so we can go back and review. Reviewing Chorus calls with management is one of my most meaningful training opportunities as a sales rep.
