Overall Satisfaction with

All sales reps are recording calls and it's wonderful to see how many people in the other departments are listening to calls: product research, marketing, CS etc. Of course we also use it for onboarding and training new reps. Managers are using Chorus calls in their 1:1s to coach and in their team meetings to share best practices.
  • capturing all calls , allowing snippets to be saved
  • playlists based on self defined criteria for finding calls
  • allowing comments and the new scorecards are great
  • takes awhile for AI to develop
  • sometimes a little difficult with limited trackers
  • more documentation on best practices
  • We have seen reduced ramp time for both BDRs and AEs.
  • Reps listen to each others' calls to get better themselves; they are also learning how to coach their peers.
Loved the outreach integration, SFDC integration and the fact that it allows us to capture voice calls and Zoom meetings.
Playlists and scorecards are loved by both enablement and sales leaders. Deal notifications are especially useful to managers so they can provide quick action.
It's great for on-boarding new reps! The new reps no longer have to sit with existing reps and waste time with calls that don't connect; we simply have a playlist we can review together in class.

Wonderful when a customer calls and complains and we can actually hear the complaint is invalid by simply finding the call.
